Deposit ETH, XRP, LTC, or BCH into accounts in traditional currencies

We are rolling out a much-requested deposit/withdrawal option: Deposit ETH, XRP, LTC, or BCH directly into USD accounts (and other traditional currencies).

• 0.5% processing fee
• No conversion fee

• Payment system fee: 0.005 ETH, 0.00001 XRP, 0.02 LTC, 0.0002 BCH
• 1.5% conversion fee if withdrawing from an account in a different currency

1. Log in to Backoffice, open a live account in any traditional (non-crypto) currency, and make sure you are verified (it is required to be able to deposit with us).
2. In Deposits, click on the ETH, XRP, LTC, or BCH icons and fill in the form. Make sure you select an account in USD or another traditional currency.
3. When shown the wallet address for the selected currency, use it as the destination when sending the deposit. Do you need to buy crypto first? Read our guide.
4. The funds will appear in your account within a few hours.
